I was in group 'Marketing and advertising' our job was to promote the show. Our first job role was too design and make the posters to put up around school, after we did the posters we then designed the tickets, we spent a few lessons on these getting them right and making sure they have the correct times and dates, we then printed them out on to card and cut them out one by one as a group. Our last task was designing the programmes for the show for people to buy if they wanted, in these we included all the dances and everyone's names who were taking part in the dance show. The programmes took a while to do and we got them done literally at the last minute but everything was done and organised on time.
