My role in the dance show was in the technical team...
Firstly we had to write a letter to Tim asking him whether he would be available to do that sound and lighting for the show, once he had replied and we knew he could do it. We could then start to plan the lighting and sound. We had to look at each dance and decide what type of lighting we wanted to create a certain type of atmosphere and mood. It all depended on the style of dance too. We then made a list of all the dances in running order and annotated each dance with what type of lighting we wanted. After we did this we handed it over to Tim so he could use it on the show.
